Black Buttress Thread Closure Replacement Kit for Triton Pool and Spa Filter

154856 Black Buttress Thread Closure Replacement is specifically designed for Triton II TR100 & TR140 filters produced after 10-01-01, as well as Triton C-3 Commercial pool and spa sand filters made before March 1997, including TR100, TR140, TR100C, TR140C, TR100C-3, TR140C-3 models. This replacement is a perfect fit for OE part number #154856.

The kit comes with all the necessary components for an easy installation, including an air relief valve, lid, PSI gauge, O-ring, air safety valve lock nut, and lid wrench. Simply attach the pressure gauge and bleeder valve to the closure lid. To clean, remove the lid O-ring, lubricate it with silicone grease, and place the lid on the filter, hand tightening it and giving it a quarter turn while ensuring the air vent is facing upwards inside the closure dome.

The design of this closure kit effectively solves leakage issues. The special lid wrench fits snugly onto the top's teeth, making it easy to remove.
